Nicole has a great understanding of Autism – from all perspectives… for the individual, the parents, carers, family, teachers and the community.
When one of Nicole’s children was diagnosed with autism, she decided she wanted to learn everything…. she’s still learning, but she does have a degree in Psychology and a post degree in Autism.
Nicole knows firsthand of the many challenges each family member may encounter. She also knows how exhausting each day can be and offers her hand to ensure that parents are also cared for.

In today’s fast-paced, demanding world, stress, anxiety, panic attacks, and phobias are quite common – for all ages. Sometimes they can just appear from out of the blue.
Stress is our body’s way of responding to any kind of demand or threat, it’s the body’s way of protecting us. When working properly, stress can help you to stay focused, energetic, alert and to respond quickly in emergency situations.
However, if you tend to get stressed out frequently, your body may exist in a heightened state of stress most of the time, which can lead to serious health problems. Functioning at heightened state of stress can start to feel familiar, even normal –and your mind and body can pay a high price for it. It can even rewire the brain, leaving you more vulnerable to anxiety, depression and other mental health problems.
Learn new skills to ease anxiety, overcome a phobia and/or release stress build-up.
