Meet Nicole Osborn
Nicole has a Bachelor of Psychological Science, a Post Grad in Autism, and training in Advanced Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). Nicole is mother of four children, one with autism and ADHD.
Nicole first began her work with children and young adults with the introduction of Art Play, a place where individuals could meet in a safe space to share their day, with social skills encouraged and emotional challenges supported, all while expressing themselves through art. Since Art Play, Nicole has combined her previous employment as a writer and artist with her psychology and ACT training. Nicole now writes and implements art and play based programs to help individuals from an array of backgrounds and needs.

Within minutes of first meeting Nicole, any self-doubt I had were erased as I unpacked all the highs and lows life had thrown at me by simply explaining how I had got to where I was via the challenges.
As I have learnt to get on with life, carrying the tag “disabled” – Nicole has been a super hero in my care. She’s always honest, self-motivated, very easy to talk to and have a giggle with… she has an exceptional level of care for others. Nicole is passionate, resilient, supportive and empathetic.
Simply, Nicole is a rare and precious find – she’s Gold!
Nicole has been a fantastic support to our clients, providing flexibility with Face-to-Face and telehealth psychology for our clients with complex mental health and dual disabilities.
Nicole works intensively with our clients; this includes liaising with myself and other allied health to ensure smooth recovery/progression and continuity of care, as well as working closely with families of clients to provide education, strategies and support.
We are so blessed to have met Nicole Osborn. Nicole has become an extension of our own family. The easiest person to talk to! Nicole has assisted not only the one person that needs her attention, but the whole family.
When we thought our book was complete, she has helped us write many more chapters, and are now on the right path in life.
Nicole…what else can I say except for ‘incredible human’.
I had the absolute privilege of working closely with Nicole for approximately two years. In 2019, Nicole was placed in my classroom to support a new student with very high needs. She supported and nurtured not only this student, but also all of my students, as well as myself.
Throughout the time that I’ve known Nicole, I’ve witnessed incredible transformations in all of the students that she has worked with. She is a woman with a wealth of knowledge and a big heart.
